Poetry in Multiculturalism
If poetry is the music of being human then it’s playing out loud at The Goods Shed this August as part of Perth Poetry Festival 2017. Poets Tineke Van der Eecken and Rafeif Ismail join Lydia Lockett and Andy Jackson to debate how contemporary poetry can provide “a language that would unify where common interests could be claimed, but that would accommodate heterogeneity, diversity and difference. This is a free ticketed event. Please ensure you acquire a ticket to be given entry. Tickets will be given at the door, subject to availability.
